  1. Download the .zip above and unzip it — you'll get a pdf-page-remover folder.
  2. Open chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode (top-right toggle).
  3. Click Load unpacked and select the pdf-page-remover folder.
  4. Pin the icon, open any PDF, and click it. Done.
Two notes. The JSTOR button asks for a one-time permission on jstor.org the first time you enable it — the base install requests nothing beyond the active tab. And to use it on a local file:// PDF, turn on “Allow access to file URLs” in the extension's Details page. Works the same in Edge (edge://extensions) and Brave (brave://extensions).

Private by design.

There's no server. The only network request is fetching the PDF you're already looking at.
